  • Yes, up to two, with a $35 pet fee. There's 2.5 acres of open desert for them to enjoy. We list a 40lb guideline, but message us if yours is bigger and we'll figure it out. Two of our own rescues, Bambi and Jackson, spend plenty of time out here.

    Worth knowing: dogs aren't allowed on trails inside the national park. Pioneertown is the dog-friendly alternative nearby and worth the drive anyway.

  • Four - A king bed in the main room and a queen up in the sleeping loft.

    Worth knowing before you arrive: The Atrium is a studio, so it's one open space with no door between the two sleeping areas. It was built for a couple, or a couple plus a small person or two who will claim the loft within about four minutes.

  • Within 24 hours of booking, you get a full refund, as long as you booked at least 48 hours before arrival. More than 7 days before arrival, half your total is refunded. Cancel before your balance charges at 30 days and that works out to everything you've paid so far. Within 7 days of arrival, no refund.

  • A $300 hold goes on your card two days before you arrive. It's a hold, not a charge, and it releases a few days after checkout.

  • Professionally, top to bottom, before every guest. The whole house is cleaned and sanitized, linens and towels washed and replaced, and the hot tub is cleaned and chemically balanced between stays. There's a vacuum and surface cleaners in the house if you want to tidy up mid-stay, though nobody expects you to.

  • Yes, exterior only, covering the driveway and entrance for security. There are none inside the house, and none pointed at the hot tub, the soaking tubs, or the outdoor shower.

Before you book

  • You’ll let yourself in via electronic keypad. Your code and directions arrive by email two days before you get here. The keypad is on the door next to the covered patio.

    If the code gives you any trouble, text us and we'll sort it out in a minute. We're real people, not a call center, and we're usually awake.

  • Use the directions in your arrival email rather than the map pin. Our road has recently been listed on Google and Apple maps as a private road - which it is not, but it will take you on a detour to get here.

    Note: The last half mile is dirt road, but you do not need 4WD.
