The Atrium is a studio with a sleeping loft and one bathroom. A ladder leads to the loft, and there are no other stairs.
Some windows don't have blackout curtains, so the sunrise may find you. Sleep masks are provided.
Firewood is not provided - it is sold at nearly every gas station and grocery store in the area.
Wildlife is part of it out here. Jackrabbits, roadrunners, and coyotes in the distance. Admire from a respectful distance.

We wanted a place we could bring friends and family to, where the drive out ends and everything gets quiet and nobody has to be anywhere. That version of the desert didn't exist yet, so we built it.
We passed on this house twice. No electricity, broken windows, no drywall. It was a shell with a roof. The third time we came back, standing in the middle of it, we finally saw it.

Half of the total is charged when you book. The other half is charged automatically to the same card 30 days before you arrive. If you book within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is charged at booking.

A $300 hold goes on your card two days before arrival. It's a hold, not a charge, and it releases a few days after you check out.

Within 24 hours of booking, you get a full refund, as long as you booked at least 48 hours before arrival.
More than 7 days before arrival, half of your total is refunded. Cancel before your balance charges at 30 days and that works out to everything you've paid so far.
